FORT WORTH, Texas, July 11, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Steamatic franchise owners and employees from around the world convened in Fort Worth, Texas, for the 2018 Steamatic International Convention June 27-30. The convention’s “Golden Opportunity!” theme perfectly fit the info-packed and high-energy event.
The convention speakers included industry leaders from Contractor Connection, Alacrity, CLEANFAX and Violand Management Associates. The four-day agenda was also filled with informative breakout sessions, franchise-led panels and focused training. The Wednesday event included a full-day international meeting attended by owners from eight countries.
This year was very special, honoring four 50-year longevity awards to owners who have been with Steamatic since the beginning.

Steamatic’s President Stefan Figley opened Friday morning’s general session by providing the future vision for the Steamatic system. “Increased tools and resources from franchise support, revamped franchise development and growth are all part of the Steamatic future,” said Figley during his address.
“I thought the meeting was one of the best that I have attended in years. Excellent speakers on days one and two and good breakout sessions," said Dwight Morse, owner of Steamatic of Arkansas. Steamatic is doing all the right things to ensure the success of its franchisees, paving the way for their future -- making the Golden Opportunity theme spot on.
The convention concluded with an awards banquet where several franchise owners were recognized for their performance and time with the franchise system. “This year was very special, honoring four 50-year longevity awards to owners who have been with Steamatic since the beginning,” said Chairman Bill Sims. The top recognition of the night, the franchise of the year award, was presented to Marcus Benoit, owner of Steamatic of the Red River Valley in Fargo North Dakota.
Steamatic has already started preparations for their next convention to be held in the summer of 2020 in Florida. They hope to have another amazing turnout.
